We try to ensure all our prices are accurate, however we are human and errors can occur from time to time, if we have made an error we will contact you prior to processing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Visa Debit, Solo and JCB. Unfortunatly at this time we are unable to accept American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, e-mail or over the Internet, we reccomend using the internet service as that is the most secure method of posting an order.
We aim to despatch all stock items the same day (orders placed before 5pm), all standard delivery items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class parcel post (1-2 days).
We can also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9.00am and 1.00pm next day, Royal Mail Recorded service, and DHL courier services at a small additional cost, please phone 0845 126 4141 for a quotation.
*VAT rate in the United Kingdom changes to 15% from 1st of December 2008.

Onlinplumbingsupplies.com have adopted a 128-bit Safer key, which gives a reasonable performance whilst being several orders of magnitude beyond where brute force methods could break the encryption. SSL offers only a 40-bit key in non-US implementations (although 56 bit key implementations are now becoming available). To put things in context, each additional bit of key space takes twice as long to break. So a 41-bit key is twice as strong as a 40-bit key. The 128-bit key used in Actinic Catalog is 4,722,366,482,869,645,213,696 times as strong as the SSL 56-bit key

Returning goods on the grounds that they were ordered in error is costly.
In the event that goods are returned, the following terms and conditions shall apply -
Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
Goods must be returned complete and in saleable condition. This includes packaging. Ensure that goods are well packaged to withstand the rigors of transit before you send them.
In all cases the cost of returning goods together with their safety whilst in transit shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.
A 15% restocking charge will apply in all cases, unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase from us.
All returns MUST be sent recorded delivery and we must be notified before items are returned.
