Grohe DAL 43544 000 - Discharge Piston, the discharge piston controls the water flush action, if your flush valve will not shut off after flushing, ie water continues to drain down into the toilet pan, then this part will cure the fault. it is simple to fit, you unscrew the whole flush valve (42137) pull out the old piston and push the new one in, refit the flush valve and re-attach the bellows mechanism.   

Discharge piston to suit Grohe 42137 000 Single flush valve. Will fix a cistern that continually leaks into the pan.
